At Astray Club, every item is made and sold in limited quantities. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ve got you:

When will I get my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Rates:
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Astray Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Please make sure your address is accurate before placing your order. Once the package is marked as delivered by the courier, we are no longer liable.
